I had initially thought this was an actual hotel but upon arrival it turned out to be a guest house. The room was in rough condition to say the least. The bathroom doesn't have a bidet or an actual door (think of a sliding closet door.) The water heater is visible behind a small locked door, and extra mattresses are visible in a loft storage area above the bathroom. I figured I could get over everything until I sat down on the bed and 4 of the bed frame boards fell out. After trying to fix it, I could clearly see this had happened before from the damage to the plastic caps for the boards. The owner of the place was a very nice man and even offered to help us. The only good thing about this place was the location and how quickly we could get to the metro. I'm sure some of the other rooms are possibly better. I enjoyed my stay in Roma, but I did not enjoy my stay at Enjoy Roma.

The location is the one and only thing why I would book a stay here again. Very close to the Vatican and the museums. It is a flat with rooms incl. small bathrooms. There is no reception, no breakfast. Right after you enter the flat, there is a weird smell. The room is very basic and small but has a small fridge, electric kettle, small TV and A/C(not used). The bathroom is tiny and old, the shower has black mold instead of silicone (green room). We would tolerate all this if only we could get some good rest- it is very noisy during the nights. You can hear every guest coming/going, the doors make a big noise when shut so we kept being woken up during 2 out of 3 nights. The arrival times and noise the guests make can the owner not control but just as a note for other travellers, the doors do not isolate any noise, you can hear everything. Moreover, on Sunday morning a cleaning lady was cleaning some room between 6-7AM. Not an enjoyable stay, would rather stay elsewhere again.

Good location near subway line, easy to find, clean, hospitality is very high, apartment that we rent was good only that could be better is bathroom. But everything else was very good for acceptable price
