Have stayed here for an extended period of times, I really appreciated the excellent customer services and friendly staff members, whose lovely smiles and daily greetings made me feel like being a part of the family. I would particularly like to extend my compliment to the team in the Executive Lounge, led by Alex/Mia/Luna/Olivia, for their hard work and attentiveness for customer satisfaction, the standard Sofitel name stands for. Speaking of the location, there is an airport shuttle bus service on the next street, which is very convenient for going to and from the airport. The shuttle bus departs on top of the house from the next door and from the airport terminal outside Exit 4 & 5.

Very average hotel, the Sofitel in other country is better in my opinion. The chair by the desk cannot be adjusted and the wifi is quite weak. Breakfast is quite standard for such hotel, nothing outstanding except for the view from the revolving restaurant. Small and very basic business centre with a printer, a desktop and a very small shredder.

One if the best options in Jinan. Buffet offers a lot of western food choices as well as regional. Staff are excellent and genuinely concerned about your satisfaction. Rooms are large and well furnished. At 18 years old the building and rooms starting to show their age and smoking isn't well controlled. Loyalty program also needs to include bookings from third parties: I stay 7 weeks a year and get no recognition.

Not a bad hotel but rooms are quite dark and especially in winter much to hot. For some reason even with open windows no cool air is flowing in and the room stays hot far above 22 degrees. The revolving restaurant on one of the top floors offers food which is generally okay but also here it is in Summer but also in Winter much too hot. Service in general is good though.
