This hotel is located in a very good location, near to the main tourist attractions. Metro, train and ferry terminals are in walking distance to the hotel along with a good variety of restaurants, shops and takeaways. Had a room booked for a week with two single bed at this hotel. This room was decent in size. Rooms were clean and cleaned daily by the lovely lady. The beds in the room were found to be uncomfortable for me and my friend. Hard, extra stiff mattresses made getting a good nights sleep difficult. The single beds are on the small size, with my feet sticking out the bed (I’m 6ft). Beds moved very easily due to the laminate flooring in the rooms. We had paid for breakfast at this hotel which I feel was a mistake. Poor quality of food and variety. I have stayed in Istanbul hotels offering free breakfasts with better quality and variety therefore was disappointed having paid extra for this level of breakfast. The staff were friendly and warm, always acknowledging you on entering and exiting the hotel. However I was left bemused on checking out when the staff failed to open the door whilst I juggled two suitcases and a bag. I was most disappointed at this. I had arranged a transport service with the hotel. Paid with a combination of euros and GBP on checking in but when paying for the airport transfer in advance of checking out was told GBP is not accepted, some consistency lacking. Overall this could be a good hotel with some changes.

Excellent location, short walking distance to restaurants, historic sites, public transportation. Polite staff, that speaks English well. Breakfast is sufficient, modern comfortable rooms, bit small but nice! Quiet, no bad smells, comfortable beds. I would recommend this place, and would stay here again. For location alone it’s worth it.

It was a perfect stay for our three day vacation in Istanbul.I would highly recommend this place as it is very near to the Sultanahmet area where most of the tourist attractions of Istanbul is situated. The big highlight is that the Tram station, Gulhane, is just 2 mins walkable distance from hotel. Coming to the service, the hotel has wonderful hospitality .They treated us very well right from the airport pickup until they dropped us back, which we had to pay separately. The room was cleaned daily , linens and towels were replaced daily, and the toiletries were refilled and kept spare. The front office receptionist was so friends and was answering all our queries so patiently .In total, I totally recommended this place for a perfect stay in Istanbul.

Rebooked for 8 nights- Very bad experience- the mostly men staff was rude & unprofessional to concerns, to the point that they sent away our “Uber driver for airport departure” saying we already left crating last minute stress and panic. The female manager was useless in resolving our concerns. Bad House keeping- floors were often not vacuumed; bed not done right. Be informed. We have travelled around the world -this was our first terrible hotel experience! Never recommend this place, especially for women; there are better options on the same street and around the corner.
