Overall acceptable experience, the view of our room was super nice, food is also very nice (both breakfast and in room dining). Receptionists were super friendly and helpful, they even helped us find a reliable taxi to the airport (which i totally recommend to everyone!). The facilities are not exactly the newest and the amenities could have be better. The only thing I was really unsatisfied with is the cleanness, got really big stains on the curtain drapes, the backup blanket in the closet has mold... But other than that everything was totally wonderful. And again, the view was amazing! So I still can recommend in general I guess.

When I mentioned it was my special day, the staff surprised me with a delicious cake and serenaded me with a happy birthday song. This unexpected gesture turned a simple hotel stay into a memorable and heartwarming experience. It was clear that the staff genuinely cared about my well-being and wanted to make my birthday truly special. Beyond the exceptional service, the hotel itself was ideally located, providing easy access to all the sights and attractions I wanted to visit. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with everything I needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Overall, my experience at the Holiday Inn was nothing short of brilliant. The combination of exceptional service, perfect location, and unforgettable birthday celebration made this stay one I will cherish for years. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and memorable experience.

We waited for about 10 minutes to check in. There was only 1 receptionist at the check in desk he was attending to another guest at that moment. The room's cleanliness could be improved. Beds were comfortable for restful sleep. However, few power outlets were not working anymore. The fridge also didn't have power. Breakfast was simple, and it took quite some time to refill once it's finished. To the nearest tram station, it's just about 5 minutes walk away. Nearby the hotel, there were supermarkets but some of them charged extra for tourists.

recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in Istanbul, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. My trip was a mix of work and personal, and as a woman traveling alone, safety was a top priority for me. I'm delighted to share that this hotel provided a safe and welcoming environment throughout my stay. First and foremost, the cleanliness of the place was impeccable. The rooms were spotless, and the attention to detail in maintaining a hygienic environment was evident. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring that I got a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city's attractions. One of the standout aspects of my stay was the incredibly friendly staff. They were always ready to assist with a warm smile, which made me feel right at home. From the moment I arrived until I checked out, their hospitality was exceptional. The spa offerings at this hotel were simply amazing. Cevdet, the spa therapist, provided me with a memorable Turkish bath experience that left me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. The massage I received was one of the best I've ever had, and I get massages monthly due to back problems. To top it off, I treated myself to a blowout at the salon, and it was not only a great value but also made me look and feel fantastic. Thanks to this spa experience, I quickly recovered from my long flight and was ready for a night out in the city. In summary, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a safe, comfortable, and conveniently located place to stay in Istanbul. It exceeded my expectations in every way, and I'll definitely be returning on my next visit to this beautiful city.

No a/c in the rooms so hot and humid Breakfast isn’t free unless you add it on. Not the best selection either serves the same thing everyday. Asked the bartender if he could heat up my dinner in his microwave was so rude and unprofessional and told me NO. When I asked why he just kept saying no!!! Highly do not recommend this place staff are so unprofessional and rude. Also be aware of the drinks and water in the mini bar in your room nothing is free. They charge you double than what the drinks are worth. Such a scam!! Much better hotels that actually give you complimentary snacks and drinks. Stay away unless you want to get ripped off with horrible service.
