During our stay at Eric Vökel Atocha, celebrating my brother's special occasion, we found the perfect blend of unique design, comfort, and functionality. The hotel's distinctive style impressed us, and the rooms were both comfortable and practical. The proximity to Santiago Bernabeu fulfilled our dream, and the accommodating reception made our experience even more memorable with the cake we received in the room. Grateful for their hospitality, Eric Vokel comes highly recommended for those seeking a remarkable and comfortable stay. Tip: Book directly on their site to recieve a complimentary Breakfast Basket!!! Really lovely touch!!! #highlyrecommended

This hotel with one bedroom & a cosy open plan lounge suited me very well. From easy booking , quick & clear communication to welcoming receptionist Alex who nicely checked us in - all went very smoothly. I loved the entrance & lobby for its modern touch. Everything functional & good quality. We loved jacuzzi which is a bonus ( shame we used it only once in three days as we had a lot of plans exploring beautiful Madrid ). We walked everywhere on foot .The centre & Plaza Mayor is only 25-30 minutes away & it is very nice to walk. It's about 20 minutes on foot to Prado museum, 30 minutes to Retiro park, 15 minutes on foot to Jardin Botanico Park & 10 minutes to Atocha station. So location is perfect in my opinion. If I go to Amsterdam I will also look for Eric Vökel's apartaments. I highly recommend it !

Great apartment and location. Very clean, comfortable an spacious. Easy check-in process. The fire alarm works (some moron was smoking in another room and set off the alarm at 3:00am).

The apartment was pretty and comfortable. We’ve spent here a month and never had any issues with it. All kitchen appliances in a good shape. Also air conditioner works flawlessly I mean there’s warm during a cold weather and cool in a warm weather. We had a cleaning service every Monday which is nice, every time we get a fresh apartment. Location is great since there’s a metro station in just 3-5 minutes walk, also a supermarket, pharmacy and a dozen establishments. Only one thing, as mentioned, there’s a construction site right in front of a house. They have loud sounds since 8am so that’s the only why I’m leaving this review with just 4 out 5 stars. I just would like to advise.
