My stay was interesting, the apartment was lovely and clean. Though basic this missed like bathroom rags, lack of maintained utilities sets, water heater is so slow as well you have to run water for a while to heat, generator back up is not good, the blackouts left all the food to spoil for afew days, with no water heater and only one socket working. It was a horrible experience, and making it worse I never got a follow-up call despite having my last days disrupted. Customer service I would rate it 1 coz they hardly get back to you on time, my last day I had no access of water, not electricity, had no breakfast since the milk had farmented due to the fridge not being powered for two days. Having stayed for almost 30days in a big apartment I expected excellent service but I got so disappointed. Action required: Refub the bathrooms, INSTULL INSTANT SHOWER HEADS Buy toilet mats and get rid of mixed matched mats and towels and torn mats. INVEST IN A GENERATOR THAT POWERS THE WHOLE APPARTMENT, BATTRIES ARENOT EFFECTIVE. DO TLC ON THE WARDROBS, KITCHEN CABINETS ETC. BUY NEW UTENSILS AND EQUIPE THE KITCHENS WELL. STOP STAINING WHITE TOWELS AMD BESHEETS WITH RED...YOU CAN BRAND THEM INSTEAD IS NOT A GOOD COLOUR ON WHITE OR CREAM IMPROVE ON CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ANSWER PHONES, AND DURING CHECK OURS STOP IGNORING CUSTOMERS WHEN THEY CALL. FINISH WELL TO RETAIN RETURN CUSTOMERS. OVERALL MUST SAY THE LOCATION IS GREAT AND THE APPARTMENT PHOTOS ARE TRUE REFLECTION OF THE PLACE. THE APPARTMENT IS AT THE END OF THE AVENUE STREET BUT NOT WELL PAVED, LILE THE REST OF THE APPARTMENT IN THA AVENUE. IT JUST SMALL MANAGENT TEETHING ISSUES THAT CAN BE RESOLVED.

Rooms are absolutely SPACIOUS clean and furnished there. Perfect for a family vacation even with kids. They offer cleaning services every day. Staff is professional, welcoming and available whenever you need them. Security is maintained all through. This place is just peaceful and lovely located in a residential neighbourhood, about 10 minutes away from Nairobi Town driving.
