Great location. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. However, washing machine is not provided for 1 bedroom apartment. And the shared washing machine was EXTREMELY FILTHY!!! No word can describe how dirty the washing machines were. No one ever checks them. The dirt was thick that I had to clean it myself then a housekeeping staff came to clean them but did not understand what had to be cleaned in a washing machine. Please pay attention to it dear Managers of Longonot place. The hotel also did not have mosquito repellent, two nights we had asked. Had to buy our own at 2:00am Safe location. Breakfast need to be improved

Spent 4nights @end of Oct, but it was the most expensive and worst stay I have ever spent in nairobi as a frequent visitor. Room was so stuffy without A/C, no mosquito nets, no washing machine, scanty cutlery, toilet had no window or freshners, swimming pool off the facility. ..yet I have stayed at less expensive but better value before. only score was location being @CBD. Will never visit again.
