I simply DO NOT RECOMMEND IT, lift out of order, which neither goes up nor down from the first floor, it only goes up and down to the first floor to be clear, (pregnant and with luggage I would have found it useful). Radiators off, air conditioning out of order (we didn't get a response to the message complaining about it, and when we called we were told that the owner would come by but he never showed up), very low bed even if we were in Japan (with the big belly going to bed and getting up was tragic). Small hitch with the affiliated garage (the owner of the b and b had not communicated to us the real times expected in the 24 hours), 24 hour night rate included €25, good, pity that the car was left for less than 24 hours and after the time agreed between the garage and the owner of the b and b we paid another €4 per hour. On the phone the completely arrogant owner kindly invited us to leave the room if we were not satisfied (despite the fact that he was at fault and even though there was a pregnant woman in his facility). Except for the strategic location for the metro and the very polite and sweet cleaning lady. I won't add any more details but there would be more.

B&B located in Piazza Medaglie d'Oro. Strategic location as the metro stop is just a few meters away. The property is attentive to the needs of guests. We really had a great time Thank you

I stayed 3 nights, yes it's nice but the rooms could do with shelves, coat hangers, in short small adjustments. You can't see any of the owners, one night an alarm went off and we had to turn it off ourselves. It overlooks a square, on the first floor and sometimes a little noisy. Metro nearby but 5/.6 stops minimum..I don't know...if I were to return to Naples I would look for another place so as not to always take the metro, certainly excellent price, I repeat nice but not entirely satisfied, it's good for those stays for work but not for tourism

Very bad experience, first they accept the telephone booking, collect the money and then having responded "only" after 35 minutes to one of their wapp messages (because I also work and can't always look at the phone, precisely because I WORK) they disappear by writing that the telephone reservation is no longer valid. I try to call to clarify the dynamics but the owner shouts at me on the phone, not allowing me to explain... Well, really excellent ability in knowing how to relate to the customer!!! Truly speechless! I stayed at another property with all the comforts including kindness and courtesy which apparently is not a given.
