I was really worried after reading other reviews, but it turned out alright. This hotel together with other hotels in the same building shares the same reception. Very good location, thick window, elevator is old and slow but working. The hot water took a while to come but it came after 2-5minutes. Minus points: - The wall is very thin, you can hear others talking and watching TV. - the room furniture is not very good quality and one of our pillows was a bit dusty. One can understand this is a budget hotel - AC was noisy, very thin curtain

I read the reviews, and I was a little bit afraid of staying there, but my stay with them was awesome. The location was perfect. Just a few meters from Fontana de Trevi and good restaurants. Not so far from Colosseum too. The Staff was really amazing with me, and the check-in was really fast. The room was really good too. Spacious and totally clean with a good air conditioner for the Rome summer. The only thing in the room was the few water in the bathroom sink, but not hard to deal with it. Enjoy Rome.

Not a good place to stay. The staff is friendly and rooms are quite pretty but that's where the list of positives ends. On arrival at the hotel, we went through a lengthy check in process. When we went to the room, to our surprise, the bed wasn't made, the room and bathroom were dirty and it was apparent that someone else used it before us. We went back to the reception to be informed that the room wasn't ready yet and "we can leave the luggage and come back later". Of course the staff member apologised but it's not good enough without any form of compensation- we were tired after the travel, already paying for the time as it was well past check in time and their solution was to come back later. We also had to ask them to move our luggage to somewhere safe because it was simply left on the side where anyone could access it. The room was cleaned as promised but there was a hairbrush full of hair left in the filthy bathroom drawers that didn't seem to be regularly cleaned and looked like they're cleaning staff's toiletries stash. The worst of all is the noise in the room. We couldn't sleep throughout the two nights we spent there - we could hear really loudly people walking on the stairs, talking/shouting by our door and the old lift was constantly making drill-like noises.

One of the worst hotels iv ever stayed at. Checkin was a disaster, the 2 guys behind the counter were having an argument for the 15+ mins it took to check us in. One of whom told us later that the other one always messed things up, seriously unprofessional. We had no room key for first 24 hours, had to get the lend of the janitors key. The air con unit in our room was horribly loud, i mean deafening! We aksed for someone to come look, they said it would take 4 days to get someone in. This meant we had terrible nights sleep for the 3 nights. We were out late on friday night, when we got back, the front door wouldnt open, had to call the night desk, woke them up to let us in. There was no hot water one of the evenings meaning cold showers. On plus side, the beds were comfortable and the place was kept pretty clean and the location is good.
