Azul airlines booked this hotel for my wife and I, together with a large group. They set us on a double bed room saying that there is an agreement for Azul. The first room was dirty, I posted a photo of the floor. The second was less dirty, but still bad. The halls are also not clean. The restaurant gave us the wrong instruction about options limits due Azul voucher, but there were no limitations beside the value. I wonder if they got a full voucher so they made us get a cheaper meal. Last, they gave us wrong information on the shutter schedule, making us request Uber on our own - again, I wonder if this all is to get less expenses by max return with Azul budget. To resume, it is not a four star, and it is dirty and has bad service.

No electricity for 3 days, a cockroach walking in the restaurant and almost no one able to speak english or any other langue than Portuguese, but the staff and the pool were very nice.

The staff is friendly and very helpful, mediocre breakfast and very nice view. You can see the airport and watch airplanes land/takeoff 24h from your window depending on which room you’re in. That’s pretty much it for the positives. When we entered the room, right the way we saw a lot of stains on the ground. They kind of looked like blood to be honest. There was black mold all over the shower tiles. The shampoo bottle was completely empty and almost looked like nobody cared to refill anything. Shower floor was also dirty. Vents were completely caked in dust like it was never cleaned. The shower was abysmal, after about 2 minutes of shower the wall makes these loud bang noises and scalding water comes down on you, then cold water, then scalding water again and it keeps going in the rhythm of the banging. They also sell food that follows international pricing, very expensive. Seen sick employees handling breakfast cutlery and plates, as in he was literally sneezing and cleaning his nose with the back of his hand. Not even the pool or gym make up for all the negatives. For this price I expected at least the basic. Two stars because of the friendly desk guy that was super nice.

Chicken Caesar came with no chicken, electricity maintenance scheduled for 9h30, so the entire hotel was without electricity for 2 hours (right when I needed to shower to go to airport), incompetent staff and manager. Then tried my luck with a cheeseburger (whyyyyy?), came lukewarm with brown lettuce and green tomatoes. The only positive thing I can say about this hotel is it’s close to the airport.
