The atmosphere of the hotel was calm, the behavior of the staff was good and polite. The hotel had a good location and we could have a view of the sea and the beach while having breakfast and dinner. There is a casino and a shopping center next to the hotel. The sports equipment was good. You must use a taxi to go to the city center.

I stayed only a night. And left early in the morning to the airport. I don't have much to say but our standard room was so large and modern. I really like it a lot. New Boulevard Park & Sea View was awesome. I enjoyed the room.

The staff is impatient and aggressive as well. A lot of them don't speak English. The towels were dirty. There were no extra blankets so when I asked for, they said they would bring them, after an hour I asked again, and they got angry at me in response and only after the third time did I get a blanket. The food does not have a variety of options. The view is beautiful and the hotel is part of the mall but the hotel is far from any tourist site. I can't understand how this hotel got 5 stars.

I had a negative experience at the Euphoria Hotel because I was not allowed to lean on the couch in the lobby. It's truly unbelievable. Who do they think they are? The atmosphere was already unfriendly when I checked in, and it only got worse when I tried to relax in the lobby. The staff was exceptionally rude and unhelpful. Instead of politely asking me not to lean on the couch, they treated me like a criminal. It felt like I had entered some kind of prison. I definitely wouldn't consider staying at the Europhia Hotel again. 10 October 06:53 workers said this to us!
