Orbi is great place, location location location. You can get anywhere by bus or taxi. The flats are nice.. The flats are owned by independent owners which can be difficult to understand when you arrive. But the rooms are great for two people. The staff are a bit bananas and there's something bizarre with toilet papers you better buy your own I font know why the people just don't replace toilet papers and they get really annoyed when you ask for papsr Which is bizarre. Some rooms will have washing machine others will have blow dryers. Overall it's ok

DO NOT STAY HERE. The lobby is as crowded as an airport terminal. People were waiting for over an hour to get their room. There are not enough elevators for the number of people and floors. We took the stairs most of the time, but we were lucky we were on the 6th floor and it was even an option. The stairs are for emergencies, but we used them because we were waiting for the elevators for more than 5 minutes. The stairs, which again are for emergencies, were full of stray wood and construction materials and debris - in other words, not safe for emergencies. One time when we took the stairs there was a cup full of pee waiting for us at the bottom. The buildings are supposed to be new, but our bathroom was already falling apart. They are supposed to be aparthotels, but the kitchens are barely stocked (no kitchen towels, not enough supplies, etc.). The floor in our room was so dirty that my feet were black after walking without socks. When we asked them to clean the floor, they did without charge. (Obviously, it should have been clean upon arrival. And we had to be there to let the cleaners in, which was inconvenient because we were not told exactly when they were coming, so we had to wait.) They gave us one roll of toilet paper for 2 people for 6 days. Everything was extra charge. Again, the entire lobby, hallways, and elevators feel like an airport: extremely crowded. The entrance for cars is extremely crowded and you are not allowed to call taxis (Uber, Bolt) to the front of the hotel, you have to go down the street (and there is no proper pavement). Otherwise the traffic guy yells at you. The person who checked us into our room was acting more like a realtor trying to sell us a property than a hotel clerk - unprofessional. Checking out was a more professional experience. When we left an honestly low review on the platform we booked with, the manager attacked us via WhatsApp messages. It was our biggest regret staying here. Otherwise Batumi itself is amazing.

Strongly advise against staying at this hotel! There was no hot water during my stay, and the hotel is still under construction, leading to noise and disturbances. The surrounding view mainly consists of other construction sites, and even basic amenities like the mirrors in the reception area are broken.

This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. 1. At check-in we were forced to pay cash for our room. Only after I refused to pay cash was I given the option to pay by credit card. 2. The rooms are not as advertised. The first room we were checked into did not have a washing machine as advertised. We were then moved to a second room which was very badly equipped. Only 1 water glass (for 2 people), no wine glasses or wine opener. No cooking utensils. No hair dryer and no microwave oven as advertised. 3. On the 3rd day our key card did not work when we got home at 1am in the morning. Reception could not help us and they had to call a technician. We had to wait an hour outside our apartment before we could eventually go in. 4. The elevators are a huge problem. There are too many apartments and people and you have to wait for a very long time for the elevators.
