The hotel managers and management staff are the most incompetent people you can imagine, they are a mafia, they are scammers, useless people and liars, be very careful!!! Regarding breakfast, very little variety of products, poor quality, the staff does not serve you or offer other products. There are lots of restaurant in the area, it is not worth having breakfast at the Hotel, go somewhere else. The best thing about this hotel is the location, that is the only reason it is worth staying, but considering the drawbacks it has, it is better to stay somewhere else around. About rooms are very basic, nothing special to highlight, somewhat small so there is not much space to leave suitcases, you can hear the neighbor blowing his nose, among other noises… disappointing…

The hotel is in a perfect location and walking distance to most historical attractions. It is right next to 2 metro stops that take you to the Asian side. Breakfast had a wide variety of choice and the staff was very attentive and available. They provide private airport transportation in a fancy van, which saves you the energy and possible scams of a taxi. The downside is that the AC in the room was always blasting and didn’t really give you the choice of adjusting the temperature so it was either on or off.

I've had a pleasant stay in the hotel. The reception manager helped me to add my kids to the booking. He was extremely helpful in selecting local tours. The restaurant is OK for the stars. The staff in the restaurant are diligent and friendly. Mehmet even filled up my thermos with amazing turkish tea. The chef Ali together with his assistant Ulku did their best with local cuisine, delicious food served at breakfast

Location is absolutely superb. ~10 min to Topkapi as well as to Grand bazaar. Condition of the hotel is good (not perfect). Our room was on the 5th floor (no.501) and it had one massive downside - windows soundproofing. At night it was very loud due to aircon outside (tip to the management - to replace window). Apart from that all good. Breakfast - brilliant, service excellent, Location- superb.

Stayed in the Hotel recently early October and was just so impressed with the service that we received from all the staff. I would like to give a special mention to Joseph as he couldn’t do enough to help us mature ladies with our luggage and even bought us up a treat when we arrived back late one night as we had flown back from Capadoccia. I would like to thank the reception staff who helped us checkin our flights on Turkish Airways which relieved the pressure for us. Rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a good selection of food. The staff also were also so obliging. Hotel is in a great location for transport. We would both recommend this Hotel. Thank you all for making our holiday extra special because of your friendliness and helpfulness. Victoria Belcher & Diane Jackson
