very decent and pleasant hotel. very close to the center, every day we had clean sheets, room and clean bathroom. the food is fine, for the money we paid, excellent. the staff is very friendly

We stayed five days here at hotel agan and it was clean hotel, there breakfast, customer service were all perfect. only rooms were small but overall good. we will definitely book this hotel again, highly recommended.

I stayed four nights at this hotel, the location is excellent, it is actually much better than the main street where the tram is making plenty of noise. The check in went smoothly and quickly. I booked a single room, and I was surprised that the room is very small it does hardly fit the bed and a small desk! It was even hard for me to move around and organize my luggage. The shower was broken and there was no shower door! However, the view from the small window at the 5th floor was amazing, with Istanbul mosques and a garden in front of the hotel. The breakfast at the first two days was horrible, although the hotel has a restaurant, the food was prepared early in the morning and left with no fill up. the selection was very limited and if you came around 10 AM you will hardly find any food.The last two days the hotel has a large group of tourists and the food selection was much better, however the room was small to fit all customers. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, they also helped me to book a taxi to the airport. The hotel is OK for a couple of days but not as specious and luxury as shown in pictures.
