Although this is one of the nicest Dar es Salaam hotels, for most European travellers it might be at the edge of being acceptable. Breakfast is very basic, the rooms are clean but they are fitted with modest furniture and facilities and are generally extremely noisy being next to two busy roads. The personnel are polite and friendly and will do their best to accommodate your needs. The prices are very reasonable if you consider that the hotel is located in the center of the city.

The hotel is well located for transit guests. Rooftop restaurant gives such good views of the city. Easy access as it is close to the main road. However rooms needs sound proof.one can literally hear all the cars that passby. Room are spacious enough however the beddings (small duvet) in room 401 that day were very basic and worn out. I checked it late at 3am so I couldn't make a fuss but just sleep.

Very nice staff, they even made us the breakfast package, because we need to left early in the morning. The location of the hotel is really good. Just bathroom was not so great. Thank you for the stay!

This is one good hotel that checks all the boxes to justify its rating but offers a lot more than that. I stayed in a deluxe room which was large enough for a comfortable stay of two persons. The Double bed room was well furnished with a two seater sofa on one side and a large table with a big mirror on the other. A big wardrobe also adorned this room. The bathroom was big with a separate shower area. Running both hot and cold, the water pressure was very good. An electric kettle, a fridge, and slippers were provided as well. There was a world of TV channels accessible. Everything so well arranged. The restaurant offered variety and the food was good too. I particularly liked the security feature of the hotel. Everytime you use the elevator to go to your room someone from the reception will tap the card to access your floor level. No unauthorized person can use the elevator. The ambience was appealing. The staff were nice. The manager was easily accessible and readily helpful. At a budget price this hotel is a steal. Highly recommended.

I would definitely not recommend to stay here even for a short one night stay. Aside from lack of hygiene/cleanliness our room was not prepared for guests at all.. there was no toilet paper, no towels, no duvet cover - not sure if the bedsheets were even changed after the previous guest. The receptionist was extremely unhelpful. The manager tried to be helpful and sort out the issue but not sure why they would bring a guest to a room that is clearly not ready (note: hotel was pretty much empty so I am sure there were other rooms)
