Having visited Pattaya many times, staying in different accommodations each time, I have to say that Eve Place is one of the best places around South Pattaya if you are looking for amazing VALUE FOR MONEY. They have low monthly rates which really made it worth it!!! On top of that, the room and the bathroom were VERY VERY CLEAN (a huge contrast to its competitors nearby, cleaner the 4 star hotels I've been to in-fact). The room was HUGE and AIRY. There is even a laundry service!!! The staff is very helpful and friendly. Very convenient with the Big C nearby, for food and supplies. Motor cycle taxis just outside and connected to the main road. Highly recommend and will go back again. Thank you Eve Place.

Very kind and friendly housekeeper. My kids and I love it here as it is of great value, walk 2 steps to Big C supermarket, Motorcycle taxis nearby, laundry service, clean room, safe with 24hrs CCTV and has a large fridge! You don’t get that in other hotels :)

Backpacker. 8th time in Pattaya. Stayed over for 1 month (they got monthly rates so that was really worth it!). Room and bathroom were extremely big and clean compared to everywhere else we have ever stayed. (Actually we've never seen anywhere with a room this large, airy and clean). Furnitures were great. Staff was very lovely and helpful! :) Thanks for making my month in Pattaya great!
