Hotel is a little bit older, but in still good shape. Excellent service great location could use a little updating especially in the bathroom as there is no shower curtain and water gets everywhere but once you figure it out it’s not too bad. staff is super friendly and helpful, and very cheerful. Price is a little high but they clean the room every day new sheets, new towels I received a bit of a discount for a monthly rate. They also have weekly rates so you should ask all in all good place to stay very quiet, considering all of the outside noise in the neighborhood but it is close to many restaurants and bars and party areas. I recommend this place and I will definitely stay here again.

If you're looking to be right in the middle of the nightlife then this is a good hotel. However, it is right next to a lively bar complex so expect noise until around 2am! Once the bars shut down it is quite quiet so all the more reason to stay out till the early hours! It is very close to Soi LK Metro which is basically a mini-Walking Street and in many respects far better. Further down the street there are even more bars and clubs to discover most offering drinks at low prices. There's also the usual road side food vendors and a pharmancy and 7-11 all close by. For shopping/restaurant you have Central Festival and Royal Garden Plaza all within easy walking distance. The hotel is a little dated, but the One Bedroom Suite was clean and well equipped and very comfy to stay in. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Laundry service was prompt and well priced. Even the taxi back to airport was arrange by the hotel at a very reasonable price.

The hotel is showing its age. Still very nice. The jacuzzi bathtubs should be replaced. They’re showing wear and tear and are hard to get in and out of. Location is perfect. Has a very good masseuse located in the same building and a dispensary.
