The hotel located at the 3rd floor of the Joint Apartment Complex. I arrived here on afternoon and the gate is already closed, it's a little confusing how to get to the hotel for the first time. Things I like : - location: near the bus stop, Republicca station, Roma Termini station is just 10 minutes walks from hotel - Neighborhood area: many shop and restaurant around here - clean room - I got room with a church view from the window - They prepare a free hot water, tea, coffee for a whole time, and a free croissant at breakfast time. Dislike : - The water pressure is not stable, sometimes turns weak especially for the hot water - The elevator, it's small and if someone doesn't close the door properly the elevator can't work

Hidden hotel that is about a 15 min walk from the railway station. It was very quiet despite being on a main road. The beds were comfy. A small breakfast, coffee croissant, juice was included

Excellent location, helpful staff, comfortable bed, clean, big TV with netflix. The staff was really friendly and helpful and they provide us with everything we needed during our stay. (They provided us a good hairdryer upon request, too).

General comment: not a good option - while there is nothing extremely bad, there is nothing extremely good either. Location is great, near Termini train/bus/metro station, and staff is nice and available 24h. But the positive points end here. The room I stayed in was small (as is the hotel itself). It is not dirty, but more dust-sensitive individuals will notice that it is not clean enough. The curtains, for instance, need a wash. Bathroom was ok and seemed renovated but a few signs of moist are already noticeable. The breakfast is the worst part, with very limited options and low quality items. For a stay longer than a couple of days, look elsewhere in Rome.

It is a well situated hotel in a beautiful Old building. The downstairs entrance is stunning. The lift is tiny and very old, but works. You have to ring the door at weekends an evenings to get in, the door sticks at times, so someone has to come down to open it. The rooms are small, but clean and tidy. A plentiful breakfast with tea or coffee. The hotel is in need of renovation, but overall, a good place to stay.
