Very good hotel for this price. Receptionist is kindly. Problems with Wifi (were mentioned other reviewers here) I think depends on room. I lived in room #305 and there was great internet. Two tricky cats and fluffy dog outside the hotel complete a really good vibe of this place. I can recommend it.

Stayed here like 7-8 times before but this time faced worst front desk. Even after confirming booking over the phone (didn't book online because of this) she denied having any booking. Charged 800 thb even after she already confirmed for 650thb. She even swearing at my girl for no reason proves her less hospitable character. 1* I'm giving for their previous service which I received here. For current visit it's 0* from me as of now.

Rooms are simple but very clean and air-conditioned. Our beds were made each 2 days and we received free water. Staff is incredibly nice, location is perfect, close to public transport. Many excellent restaurants in vicinity!
