The welcome process, room amenities, and opportunities are perfect. If you want to stay on your business trip near of Tuyap convention center then the location is very good. Breakfast is awful, the food is old omelette is with an additional charge. Was surprised that Turkish people in restaurant service are not welcome and do not know the menu. The staff definitely needs very good training.

Very rare English speaking - only reception desk was fluent in English. Restaurant communicated with help of translator on our cellphones. Rooms were suffocating hot, air conditioning was not working being central and only fan mode as per hotel hours they made it work only if weather outside was warm. I had no windows so there was no way to ventilate the room
