Proper attention to details is essential. 1. Multiple times, items were missing and/or in bad conditions (see photos). 2. Although the bedsheets/ pillows were good but the mattress was not clean. 3. Service response time was very slow for chain hotels like Ramada. Service quality needs to be improved. 4. English language is not always available. 5. Staff are mostly quite unprofessional and need to conduct a specialised training program. To cut it short, it's hard to accept this branch under the Ramada Hotels chain.

Stayed here for one night. The room was big enough for 2 adults and 2 small kids. However the furniture was dirty and even oily. Room service was great. The shampoo bottle was empty. The entrance of the Otel was on an alley of car repair shops.

A very bad experience, I had made an advance reservation for the hotel and even paid for it. However, on the day of check-in, the hotel delayed my check-in until 3 PM, citing the reason of ongoing cleaning (in reality, they were comparing prices and canceling lower-priced orders to retain higher-priced ones). Then, due to my lower price, the hotel canceled my reservation. Unfortunately, I had no choice but to rebook at three times the price because I had no other options as I was attending a exhibition.
