Service provided was beyond expectation. Clean room, privacy maintained, connected to Domestic airport so location provided everything you would look short stay. Staff understands your needs and even that little inconvenience as a tourist. Ahmet and Amigo made me feel like home. Kudos for serving so well!

The rooms lack hygiene. Smoking smell everywhere even on the ACs. Rooms are very small and can barely fit 2 persons. Not recommended.

As an international guest, I faced lot of issues as the staff had just 1person (Ahmet) to understand and assist us. He was approachable for any assistance. Unlike other staff members who looked at me like an unwanted outsider, with disgrace and rude response to any assistance I needed. I had to share 2 stars only for the service and assistance provided by Ahmwt and Amigo.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! We booked this hotel for our mother to stay in for two week, it was so unhygienic and small (bearing in mind we booked a double suite) as we knew she needed the extra room. There was stains everywhere, broken bathroom, the heater was blowing out only cold air. On arrival she was given a worse room and asked to change it as it looked nothing like the pictures we saw when booking it. They gave her a new room which was not much better and again looked nothing like the pictures. We tried to contact the hotel or where we booked the tickets to change her hotel and try and sort something out however we had 0 help! It got so unbearable she cut her trip short to one week and had to pay extra to change her ticket. Disgusted!

Very bad and disgusting hotel. The photos shows the dirty rooms. I booked two quadruple rooms, when I arrived at 7pm the rooms were not ready yet. They told me I have to wait for 1hour to prepare them. The first room contains only 3 beds and they need to add another bed to become quadruple. The rooms in otelz.com are deluxe but actually they are less than normal rooms, one of the rooms was in the basement!! Rooms were without enough (4) pillows and many of the available pillows are without covers. I requested the missing pillows many times but they didn't provide them. Also many mattresses were missing the covers. Overall it was a bad experience, and will not be repeated. I booked for 2 nights, and the hotel promised to change the basement room after the first night, but that didn't happen.
