The soundproofing is poor, you can hear people talking when the door opens next door at night. There are no disposable toiletries, not even slippers. Not to mention the location, apart from ordering takeout, there is no other place to eat around except a McDonald's.

If I could give 0 I was give. Bad experience. We arrive in the hotel at 10:00 morning after long night, the hotel said chack in at 15:00, we ask where can we leave our lagguge they said there is no any option. They send us to the street stuck with laggege till 15:00 without even trying to help. Plus they take 300 for deposit and if you leave the hotel when the reception is close probably you will lose this money. And the worst thing they charge the hotel guests for using the pool or even just seat out of the pool! Stay away from this place like a fire.

First of all if you thank this is hotel then your wrong they are same Airbnb and they are non professional, in this building there's two Operation Mana Mana and My key belong to Wodages we face big isseu that we found there's bug on the room even the furniture was not clean we go to lobby thay told us this is not our responsibility you have to speak with the owner and he will make Whatsapp group I was surprise if I ask any questions to them they said speak with owner !!!!!! I speak with the owner he said to me he will send someone I wait two hours and no one come and they don't need to reply on group then I make complain from booking after that they came with in 20 minute !! They came to see the bug then they make clean to room I refuse to stay on that room then they offer me another room and also there's was smell of garbage and onion for all the room and I refuse to stay on the room with that smell they after three hour and I was tired that I am coming from an 8 hour international flight they give room without bug and with good smell, from I came until I left no one give me Apologies for what I face and I west my time, Please if you need to stay here I recommend to book from Mana Mana operation thay are very professional more then Wodages .

The unit we resided in on the 19th floor was very welcoming and clean with an amazing view of the twin towers which was beautifully lit at night. Check-in was handled by MyKey Global and the process was straightforward and smooth. The only downside is that the building is isolated without amnesties nearby and not easily accessible without car. We drove and had a carpark slot which was pretty tight for a larger car, however the concierge was nice to accommodate and allocate a different lot for us. All in all it was a very wonderful stay!
