Disgusting hotel. On the 25th floor there are cockroaches in the room, the bed linen does not seem to be changed after guests, it looks dirty. It's time to throw away the towels, but they continue to use them. The whole room is covered in dust and dirt, the toilet does not flush properly, they asked for it to be fixed - to no avail. In the photographs everything looks very neat and beautiful, but in real life it looks terrible. Gym, swimming pool, parking - all this is paid. This is definitely my worst experience.

I have 4 main complaints about this place: 1. The mattress in my room seemed to be rotting, old and smelly. You can refer to attached photo. The facility seems to be new. So the condition of the mattress is not acceptable. 2. The shower was cold, even at the maximum temperature setting. 3. The bathroom cum toilet stank of urine. Like it was not cleaned properly. 4. The bathroom-toilet has transparent glass. No privacy at all. So good luck if you're sharing the room with somebody else who's not supposed to see you naked... The only reason I tolerated the above was because I only needed a place to sleep for the night. I was checking out early in the morning. They were full anyway. It seemed like a popular place for the younger partying kind of crowd. I will definitely not be staying here again...

We got a smelly room, maybe from drainage. However, a great service apartment with basic needs such as washing machine, dryer, small pantry & fridge. We got a nice view of klcc & kl tower. Walking distance to IJN & national library.

First impression, bad. Arrived at 2.30pm to check in earlier, but was informed the room was not ready yet. Went to check in at 3pm sharp with my car, the security guard directed to park at the temporary visitor car park at the basement and retain my driving license. According to Malaysia law, no one shall retain the driving license except the enforcement body. Went to check in and saw crowded people queuing up for check in due to understaff handling a certain amount of people to check in at the same time.
