The management of this building are terrible and useless. They do nothing and don't care. This place is very rundown for a newish building. Avoid this place at all costs!! The security/maintenance team are just a terrible, they just pretend to work. Save yourself the stress and anxiety and stay somewhere else. The rooms are ok, they may be clean, but if the lifts, corridors, waiting areas, pools, gym are dirty or smell bad then what's the point. If I could give them negative rating, I would.

OK. New buildings and rooms. Checking in was a bit of a confusion for all. Nobody knew where to queue. After asking them, most of us had to requeue in the correct lines. Management could be better with their communication. Not all queries are answered. A/C is OK. Wifi is a bit unreliable and slow. There was some time we were without wifi. Checkout staff didn't care about the pass card drop off. A little responsibility on their part would be nice. Overall, checkin is a bit of a hassle compared to normal hotels. Avoid it.

Nothing like expected for many reseans AT ALL!!!! For example, I’ve dealt with most unprofessional reception, difficult instructions to get to my room, very noisy & annoying people at the next room they talk loudly in the hallway and they play their songs at 4 AM!!! I’ve informed the management about all of the problems but it seems they have no intrest in response to my complaint. So far, this is my worst hotel stay or to be exact air b&b place. I wouldn’t recommend it for my worst enimes. I hope to see your business fail in the near future. Your concerned guest!

Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my time in Malaysia! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and general manager, our names were mentioned on the board and we were upgraded to the Paradise Suite. The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible (appreciate this!) and the restaurant supervisor deserves a special thanks. We had two great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience. The second day we did a village trekking which was guided by Raj, who works as a waiter in the hotel as well. Raj is such a warm personality and highly motivated guide (recommendable!). I truly enjoyed walking the three of us through the village. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. The natural bath on the end was a great way to end the trekking. The atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me. All respect for the general manager who does a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality!

Very disappointed with this suite accommodation. Booked for 4days and our room was not cleaned once during our stay. same 2 towels the hole time. The room smelled of the very bad bath bathroom odor coming from the drain and the bathroom. no toilet paper was available when we arrived we had to ask for this. the TV did not work as their was no aerial. Bed was short sheeted . However on the bright side the room did have a great view with a washer dryer. Air conditioning and fan. The two pools are awesome but they were closed for two days before we checked out.
