This is the worst stay experience I ever had. They charged us extra MYR 200 for some fake reasons which they discovered was wrong also refused to refund the caution deposit . I never suggest anyone this Hotel. I have been in lot's of accommodations but here was the worst and bad. The Reception staffs are soo bad and rude . The management should teach them how to behave with people.

I dont understand where the bad review coming from. For us it is almost a perfect vacation for me wife and 2 kids. Might come back again. Thanks host. Things to know. 1. Theres a deposit of rm200. Will be return on check out. 2. Basement car park rm20 perday. 3. Need to travel using transport to find food. would recommend kampung baru. 4. There is a pool for family on 8th floor. Pool for adult and kids. Safety concern. 1. Bathroom is nice but be careful for the steps it is slippery when wet.

Awesome place to stay which is not too expensive. Beautiful views from the upper pool (daily entrance is 12 MYR for the pool on the 48th floor, free for the pool on the 8th floor). I stayed in 2 different rooms which were both clean and had a good airco.

WORST HOTEL EVER!!! No breakfast, you have to pay to use the pool. The suna and jacuzzi is out of order has been out for over a year and we were told that the hotel had these facilities functioning when we booked. We also booked a king suite with a king bed but got a double bed instead. Towels were very dirty and stained and also smell foul. No hair dryer and the staff doesn’t clean the room unless asked even then their cleaning is so bad. The staff is rude doesn’t help and doesn’t allow us to bring food up to the pool area even though they don’t offer food. I don’t recommend anyone stay here it’s far from the shops and it’s just a very bad hotel experience..
