Musty odor in the room. Mold presence. Very dirty sheets and pillows. No cooking pans, utensils in the kitchen. There was no coffee left at 7:00 am in breakfast time. Not very friendly reception staff. Too noisy with different kind of pets.

There’s a young girl with glasses who swears she owns the hotel. Doesn’t know how to greet the welcoming guest because she’s always on her phone. Looks up and back down with no hospitality. Horrible attitude problem when asked questions and when told to drop the attitudes says “I’m from New York” as an excuse to give one. Clearly Cubans can be loud if wanted but can still act like an adult and speak respectfully when need be. so she makes no sense. (Childlike mindset) Very rude to the elderly as she has given an aggressive attitude towards a woman getting breakfast for her kids and her stopping saying they need to come get it themselves. (2 of the children are special needs). Clearly,the mom cant carry everything (2 per guest) so she takes a bag and now the girl with glasses doesn’t allow her too. A woman with health issues herself, this young lady goes the extra mile to makes it difficult for her. Besides her, The cleaning ladies are so sweet and nice other staff are sweet and happy and respectful as well too but this young girl should not be the front desk of this hotel. I don’t know how they have her working here when she clearly is not fit to the description what a front desk receptionist of a hotel should represent.

I had a long term stay of several months at this hotel. I would highly recommend. The staff was great. The management excellent. Rooms were remodeled and cleaned weekly. The cleaning ladies were all very nice and did a great job cleaning. I never saw a bug or felt unsafe. The hallways were always kept clean. I intend to revisit for another long term stay. In fact I recommend to anyone that needs a place to stay in Doral.

This stay was very disappointing, with the worst customer service I have ever experienced in Miami. Especially the woman called Ashley at the reception was rude and disrespectful. Having booked for 2 adults and a child (4y), we got a room with a queen bed and were told it was our fault. Clearly they didn’t prepare the room for three as there weren’t even 3 towels. No attempt to solve the situation or have a little compassion with us. NEVER AGAIN
