Honestly it’s the location because your not to far from anything. I keep the room cleaned myself. So NO BIG issue on bugs, I catch some here & there. Definitely should fix those doors! Be people on “drugs” heavy walking through out the property to get access in, including people that “say” they stay here but be wanting guest to let them in from the back door. “Like where is CaRd?” 🤔 The hallways always smell like wet dog! And the elevator 🤦🏽‍♀️ be just as bad! Talking about pet urine and puddles of it. Some guest are nice and friendly and stay to themselves but others are very rude and inconsiderate of the noise they be making in their rooms including the pets! Dogs be barking from 7AM to 8PM🙄 Tiara does amazing job! Super sweet, charming, and will take care of you and also the nice older lady who clean the rooms. Noah I met a couple of times, is very rude and just seems like he doesn’t want to work or be here. I don’t know 🤷🏽‍♀️ It’s not the Hilton, but something for the mean time.

Room was so loud and had unknown dark stains on the bed. A strange man left a note in my door around 2am. I did not feel safe, but the staff was very understanding and helpful in refunding me. I would not stay here or any extended stay after this visit

Stayed only for one night as passing through the area. Easy location access to main roadway. Ebony was friendly, helpful, honest, and great in providing any needed information about moving to the city. She was understanding and made adjustments to my reservation as needed. Great service from her. There was a smoke smell from upper floors unfortunately which came through the bathroom vent and the toilet water would sporadically run every 10 minutes with a gurgling sound which was disturbed me from sleeping well. All room lights are also programmed to shut off every hour if there is no movement nearby the front door sensor which was annoying if you were trying to read on the bed. The linens were clean and the room appeared tidy. Some pests did manage however to pop up late at night by the kitchen area and along the door edge from the hallway though. Would not recommend for long term stay.

This is the most disgusting place I have EVER stayed. Cockroaches in the rooms. Stayed there and killed at least four. Manager is unresponsive and super rude. The area is disgusting and the place is filthy. Wish I could give less stars. Staff is very friendly but you have to beg to get your room cleaned. Reported them to the health department. Place is disgusting. Stay away
