This has got to be the WORST place to book a room. Do NOT do it. The hotel SMELLS. There are homeless inside and outside. The rooms were not even cleaned and the rug looked like people have urinated on it, or even been murdered on. We preferred to sleep in our car. We called to get a refund and they said no. We’re losing out on $300, but we will be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau. They have only gotten away with this because most people won’t take the extra step to get this issue noticed. Don’t book here even if you’re desperate; it’s like a place you see in horror movies. This place is a scheme to take your money. By the time you notice how run down the place is, it’s too late.

UPDATE After the lovely response from the manager to my review. The manager of this hotel proceeded to steal my Deceased husband's Jeep. It is now nowhere to be found. Not only does this hotel seem to be extremely unprofessional it also seems to be very unsafe. If you value the life of yourself and your loved ones I would never stay in this hotel. This experience has caused extreme trauma for myself and my son and we will be taking legal action. If I could give 0 stars I would my husband recently passed away in this hotel. He was staying there for work. I have been trying for more than 2 weeks talking to the manager to get his belongings. As well as his vehicle and they will give me absolutely no information and are holding his Personal belongings. I have sent them all the documents and proof that I am his wife. His employer is there ready to pick up his belongings and they are still holding them even though I have told them to release them to him. This is theft and is creating extreme trauma for me and his son. I am extremely upset that my husband passed away in a place like this that has such unprofessionalism and Absolutely no compassion For what we are going through.

Rather than all these apologies, it would be really nice if this company invested in getting this place cleaned up and safe for families. I have read through several reviews and many of them are from times far before our visit. Clearly, this has not been taken seriously. They responded to me, apologizing and hoping that we'll give another chance. We have a special needs child who was at serious risk with his condition with all the smoke and filth. There's no way we could have gotten our money back after having checked in and seeing this disgusting place so we had to deal with it. If you love your family and friends, NEVER bring them here. Read my original review below to see why I feel this way. . . I would not recommend this place to anyone. I feel bad for the people who work here because they’re really nice but the place is absolutely atrocious. It says smoke free hotel but that’s clearly not enforced. The entire hotel smells like an ashtray dumped into a litter box. The elevator was filthy with trash piled up in the corners and the walls in it were filthy. Our room that we paid nearly 400.00 to stay in for two nights had dried cat poop on the floor and stunk like a litter box. Laminate flooring coming up off the flooring in the bathroom and the tub was seriously nasty with some sort of scum/ring around it. I believe I even saw mold but we had already paid and I don’t believe we could have gotten a refund if we asked. I’m very disappointed that the website states that the rooms are clean and maintained and that we actually believed it. Save yourself the trouble and spend an extra $80 or more for a place that actually cleans the rooms they charge you for.

I had stay at this location for 2 weeks, the service and the ladies in customer service were amazing, especially Laurie the lady that works night shifts and the pregnant lady that works mornings they are both amazing people. They go above and beyond for me during my time there. But my only issue is that i killed two roaches in my room and the room phone wasn’t working at all. But my staying and experience was amazing and would love to book there in the next future.

Not too impressive. Rooms are ok and the location is pretty convenient. Service is so unlikely to be great or even good when the two women who are here tonight are working. It was also very uncomfortable to speak to someone who is supposed to be offering you great service and instead is not even able to look you directly to your face and make eye contact. The entire time she spoke to me, she looked directly at her phone.
