Upon arrival, it looked better than just a couple months ago. It was not hard to figure out there is now someone who cares about the property. Come to find out, Isabel is very caring and is always available to her customers and the whole staff. Big shout out to the GM of this place. Rooms look and smell clean and the customer service 👌 is better. Highly recommend!!!

Very clean rooms, very quiet and no disturbances from other guests. Location is in a nice spot with food city and dollar tree right across the street and also location was very quiet- nobody was screaming or shouting outside. People at reception were very nice, always helping with everything that was asked for such as shampoos, soaps, towels etc. very clean inside and also always had fresh coffee each morning.

I'll give it at least 1 star because it looked clean. Other than that, I will NEVER stay at a Red Roof EVER! They only allow 1 pet per room, no exceptions even for a service dog! Need to include that in the description of their services, not spring it on you at the last second. I do apologize to the young lady working the desk, it wasn't her fault she works for a discriminatory company.
