Joseph at the front desk was amazing! He was so helpful. The room was clean and they have cooking ware provided for free at the front desk. You have a laundry room at your disposal which was also helpful since we are on the road sometimes longer than what we packed for. Also there was a perfect spot to park our 32' trailer. (Only one spot for that but there was a lot of empty spots if it had been taken) Overall a great experience! If we are ever back in Austin TX I would definitely come back!

This hotel has probably been partially contracted to shelter homeless people in addition to being an active hotel for travelers. It is very dirty, noisy and scary to a degree. I managed to sleep even with the roomers above constantly stomping around and making noise. I chose this hotel based on its location and affordability but I would never stay there again. The saving grace was the staff, who were kind and as helpful as possible. Upon checking out and getting to the airport, I realized that I had forgotten my wallet in my room. I phoned Twyla, the desk clerk, who retrieved it and held onto it for me. When I picked it up, all was in tact and I rewarded her for her honesty and quick response.

Title: Terrible Stay with Bizarre Incidents Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ I recently had the misfortune of staying at this establishment, and I must say it was a truly horrible experience. From the moment I arrived, it was evident that this was not going to be a pleasant stay. To begin with, upon my arrival, I was greeted by a chaotic scene. The presence of police officers arresting someone and a commotion in the lobby made for an unsettling atmosphere. It certainly wasn't the warm welcome I had expected. The next day, things only went from bad to worse. I was looking forward to a cup of coffee to start my morning, only to find out that there was none available. The manager was apparently running late, leaving a new and inexperienced staff member to handle the situation. Needless to say, the service was far from satisfactory. When the manager finally arrived at 9 am, her demeanor was concerning. It seemed as though she was either under the influence of drugs or suffering from a severe hangover. Our conversation was bizarre and uncomfortable, filled with strange remarks and odd behavior. What truly baffled me was the disappearance of one of my dress shoes. I had left them on the desk in my room, and upon returning, I found only one shoe remaining. It is beyond comprehension why someone would take a single shoe, and I can't help but suspect that it was an act of revenge by the manager for my complaints about the lack of coffee and her peculiar conduct. Overall, my stay at this establishment was nothing short of a nightmare. From the unsettling incidents in the lobby to the absence of basic amenities and the unprofessional behavior of the manager, it was a deeply disappointing experience. I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel unless you enjoy chaos, incompetence, and bizarre encounters.

Odessa and Twala were amazing staff members. The division supervisor / area manager (whatever her title is) was dumb as a sack of hammers. I came off he elevator with room key in hand. Asked if I had any packages for my room number? She then proceeded to ask me if I was a guest? What was my name, Was I picking up for another guest? If I had COVID and a host of irrelevant and condescending questions that were absolutely insane. Upon discovery of my upfront $12,000+ room payment for 6 months rent. She had a whole new approach and attitude. TOO LATE WOMAN. Rude is an understatement for her demeanor and attitude. It wasn't security. It was lack of respect and common sense. I wasn't offended, i was astonished how someone so insincere in their personality (FAKE) and so unqualified at customer service reached a management position.
