We booked a 4 night stay in a one bedroom and received Ambassador status recognition with bonus points + a bonus amenity out of a toy chest. Normally with this brand there isn't a lot of recognition, so that was noticed! Pros: - The front desk was friendly upon arrival - Breakfast area was clean and well stocked - The room was laid out well and spacious - There were two places to sit for couples that both work remotely (a dining table and desk) Cons: - It's not a new property, so a little worn out if that's an issue for some. In general when in need of a hotel in southwest Austin this is a great option.

The staff, both night and day shifts, were very friendly and efficient. I stayed on Christmas Eve, do I never expect people to be thrilled when they would rather be with their family, but they were all wonderful.

We stayed for 3 nights and the room was not cleaned once. We reached out to the staff after the first night and were assured that the room would be cleaned the following day. It wasn’t. We reached out again and we’re told the manager would be in at 7am the next day. The next day when we went to the front desk in the morning the manager was not there. The foldout couch had several stains that looked like someone had a very fun time in this room prior to our stay. The mattress itself was stained with sweat and what could be mold? Not sure. The trash wasn’t taken out our entire stay. We are traveling with children in diapers. The two main beds seemed fine, room was relatively clean when we first arrived. The cleaning staff seemed nice, and the front desk staff was pleasant. For $219/night, which is some of the highest non-resort pricing in this area, I don’t think I’d recommend this hotel.
