It’s a room. Not much more to say. Needs seriously updating. Carpet turned socks black, curtains were not able to close all the way. But if you need a place in a pinch it’ll work. Lots of interesting folks hanging around. Spend a few extra bucks and look down the road or get an Airbnb. Breakfast is laughable. Coffee, tea and a granola bar or muffin.

The girl on night shift was very nice!!! (I didn’t get her name) She helped my husband and I after we broke down in Tuscon!! She went above and beyond to do so !! Alyssa was also very nice and friendly!!! The room was clean and was worth what we paid for it…. Thank you ALL for your kindness

I came here to be close to family. Bingo! The ladies at the desk were AWESOME! The price(per day) was pretty good. They even have Veteran and Elderly discounts (you have to ask) The rooms, for the most part are clean. The maintenance however needs some work. The second room I got had a ceiling repair that was not complete. The shower kit needed caulking and furniture was a little beat up. Also in the closet the bracket for the bottom rack was missing and almost came out of the wall. This is a (NON-SMOKING) room. There were cigarette burns in the bathroom sink. The doors in all rooms need to better weather stripped. There was daylight coming through. (Air seepage). The air, hot or cold, cannot stay in. The TVs were except, at 2:00am, the two premium channels went off offline. The Vending Machine/ Laundry room was sooooo convenient and spotless clean. For the most part. This is a pretty good place to stay. Security was pretty good also.

Only thing that was pleasant about our stay was the location since it was close to Tucson Medical Center which our loved one was and which was the reason for our stay. Stay was horrible as there was no hot water meaning I had to shower with cold water IN THE MIDDLE OF WINTER, tv reception was terrible, bed was uncomfortable and you can smell the wastes of the guest staying upstairs as the walls were paper thin. You can also hear everything that is going on there was no privacy whatsoever. I wouldn’t ever book a night here again and I would advise you to look for another option.

Applicable to management/staff only, Alyssa, who went above & beyond. One of their residents worked with me via social media with identifying an individual who trespassed & stole a sentimental item from my home. Alyssa took it upon herself to approach the subject and retrieved my property. I am sure this is not part of her job description, but yet was successful with assisting me, a non-resident of Extended Stay. I truly appreciate yours & one of your residents efforts.
