We got a suite and it was very large. Beds were very comfortable. However the floor was extremely dirty. You could feel it on your feet and see the dirt on the ground. Breakfast was also very disappointing. Only a few choices and the food was cold. Staff was very friendly and price was great for the room!

We stayed here for a week during a vacation for a wedding. The staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, but they could use a little updating. The fridge in our room was smaller than we are used to. There is not a lot of room if you have leftovers from eating out. Everything went well. The only thing we didn't know about before checking in was there another 30% fee added on check-in as safety deposit on top of the price of the room. We would stay here again. Recommend.

I love this place. It is a little old school, but that makes it even better. Great environment. Staff is amazing. The restaurant is good and breakfast is over the top. I only stay here when in Tucson.

The hotel is in disrepair. The carpets are stained and worn. The elevator has broken lights, wall panels, and ceiling panels. It makes noises and movements that make you question whether you should be using it. The heat didn't work, when I called the front desk they sent facilities person who said they don't turn the heat on until it gets colder outside. The room was 68 degrees. There was no hot water in the AM, so a luke warm shower capped the stay. The restaurant staff are great, and the food is good.

The person checking me in rolled her eyes and acted like I was bothering her, but house keeping and a maintenance member were very friendly. The gentleman operating the breakfast service on Black Friday was so nice and friendly, also. The AC/heater was really loud every time it started and the room smelled like dried sweat. I probably would not stay here again, but it was a good price on short notice.
