My daughter and I stayed here for about a month while she received treatment and follow up care. This was the most moderately priced hotel in the area that provided cooking and laundry facilities. It was clean and bug-free. The beds were what you might expect. Staff were accommodating and friendly.

I will never stay here again. I guess you get what you pay for. To be fair, the guy at the front desk was extremely polite and pleasant. But when he checked me he ran the charge and then asked me to confirm the card number on my account and it wasn’t mine. I kept trying to ask how could that happen and he would just distract me. they appear to have addressed the cleanliness issues others have complained about. The room, lobby and hallways looked totally fine to me. Key cards hardly work. You have to keep retrying the key card before you can get in your room. I went to front desk and got another key card. Same thing. And my room was not the only one. While I’m struggling to get my door open so was someone else in the same hallway. I was afraid to go out to get dinner because I feared I wouldn’t be able to get back into my room. I timed it. I stood there for 3.5 minutes retrying two cards before I could get in. The refrigerator feet weren’t adjusted so it wobbles around significantly when you opened it. The hair drier didn’t work, bathroom sink was backed up and there were no dishes or utensils in the “full kitchen” they didn’t have USB connections in the room to charge devices. It’s 2023. Seriously. I can understand not retrofitting outlets etc. but at least a $5 alarm clock with USB charger shouldn’t be a problem. Then I go to bed and the toilet wouldn’t stop running. I just closed the bathroom door and put my ear plugs in. And the “free grab-and-go breakfast” I was told was muffins, granola bars, coffee, etc (I was hoping for OJ) was just oatmeal and coffee. Not sure if they expected me to grab-and-go a dry packet of oatmeal.

We stay there and have been so while coming into tysons every week for about 20 weeks. Consistency is the key and that they are. Their studio rooms are clean and in order every time, and we can't say enough good things about the staff. They are more like family now where we hear about their vacations to home lands we wish to visit one day. Most importantly, our little white puppy girl enjoys seeing them ever visit. Again, thanks so much for making our stays enjoyable and relaxing.

I stayed here for one month. The low price was the only reason. However, you get what you pay for. Very dirty rooms, below standard cleaning that didn't even follow their own company policies. There were a lot more difficulties than you would at another hotel chain. The "breakfast" is misleading, as its only one type of coffee, hot water and prepackaged muffins/snack bars. It took days to get any utensils and cook ware, and when i did it was dirty as if they didnt clean it. The only thing on time and reliable was at exactly 930am everyday they will remove the coffee/snacks out the lobby so no one can enjoy it. The staff at the front desk are very friendly, but not very capable. It seems as if they were never trained and just learn as they go.
