I’ve been staying here since this hotel has been open as it’s directly across from my corporate office. Rooms are almost always clean and in good repair with a few exceptions over the years. Staff is nice and accommodating. Free breakfasts have declined in quality over the years and are mostly frozen/reheated items, but edible. They used to do a managers reception a few nights a week, but I believe they may have stopped. Fitness center equipment usually has one item broken or not functioning. The treadmills haven’t been replaced in well over a decade.

Room was comfortable and well equipped for a short stay. The buffet breakfast is always good. There were two issues during our stay. The ice maker in the freezer didn't make much ice at all during our two night stay. We ended up buying ice at a convenience store. The toilet would fill up to the rim when flushed, and sit there. Eventually it would drain down and may or may not get rid of the waste. Both of these were reported to the front desk.

Room was better than I expected. I really like the layout with a couch and good space to work. And the shuttle bus service was very convenient with a friendly and helpful driver!

Do not recommend because of the staff. This hotel charged cancelled my reservation that I booked through the government and still charged me. When I asked for an invoice, the hotel front desk was unable to email my invoice saying that my email was not in the system even though I had stayed there 2 weeks earlier and had received my invoice. I am disappointed in the customer service at this hotel.

I'm leaving the hotel today after staying for 5 days on a business trip and all I can say its that it has been a great experience. The breakfast was good, the rooms were big and clean, the staff was friendly and Dale the free shuttle bus driver was easily one of the highlights of the whole thing by taking us everywhere, giving us nice recommendations on where to go after work and overall being the nicest company.
