I really liked the hotel Eyfel, clean, comfortable, located in the very center, which is convenient for tourists! I would like to say a special thank you to Hasbi for his attention to the hotel guests! I definitely recommend it 👍❤

As a professional in the field, I attest that this 3 stars hotel is equal to a 4 stars in Istambul. The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable. The service is excellent, every body is listening and helping even the owner who watches every single detail. Breakfast is one of the best in the area and the buffet is rich. The location is perfect for the new comers cause close to airport bus, tram, metro... and is in the middle of a shopping area and 5 minutes from the grand bazar. My deapest thanks to Hassbi, Youssef, Moussa who gave us a ride to aeroport and all the Team Leila from Tunisia

We arrived to the hotel at 7.2 At first everything was ok not too exceptional. But! Upon check out we heard 2 people arguing about being wrongly accused of payment for dirty towels and without the payment they will not get their passports back which are kept in a drawer at the lobby. When we came to check out - the same happened to us, we were presented with the same dirty towels that did not belong to us and were told that we had to pay a 10$ fine. Right after that they tried to check if our passports were in the drawer in order to blackmail us the same way they did to the older copule (luckily we took them on the first day) We will not return to this hotel and will defenitly not recommened any tourists to stay there.
