I made the room reservation is based on the given room photos condition, however; the actual room condition is totally different than the given photo. There is no probable presentation table to put your baggage, no closet & no better door security and using key type. And worse part is.. The bathroom is very smelly like no washing the floor for years and my toilet bowl clogged, is totally disgusting 🤮. I wonder if I log the report to Minister of Tourist will they take further investigations as it definitely spoil the reputation of Malaysia tourist industry.

For other i am not sure but For me its very worst hotel i ever seen before. 1. Hot water shower not Good 2. Very noisy room environment 3. Unable to rest due to very noissy 4. Don't ever try to touch any furniture fittings in room, because its Very fragile and Just by putting a bag it can collapse and they will not return your deposit. 5. For family stay its not recommend Moreover with baby bcaz lot of bugs in rooms

Don't trust the rooms pictures u see on online. In reality it's worst. We booked deluxe to stay with our kids but it's a nightmare. The room we got worst than a 1 start hotel. When asked the staff why it's so much different from the pictures, they said the posted one newly renovated rooms but not available. The carpet really old and smelly. Very disappointed. My room no 518, stayed on 29 Aug 2023.

Very bad experience in Hotel Fair Park Ipoh. Horrible things happen early morning after urine and flash at toilet bowl. Poop came out from their toilet bowl, was really upset and call hotel reception. They provide a stupid solution by asking me to use another room toilet and stay in my room. When I asked why just you can't change room? The staff told you can change but dnt request for any deduction because I've took superior king and the can only provide 2 single bed room. I was more upset with the way he answered and was very rude behaviour with hotel guests. My room was 519. Date of staying 28/10/23.
