Having a great time at Fairmont. Although the hotel is a short distance from the more busier parts of Abu Dhabi, I think this is most welcomed. Gives you a bit more sense of relaxation. The room I had is spacious, all the usual amenities you would expect. House keeping has been exceptional. In particular, Roy Gonzales making sure all our needs are catered for and going beyond. It's nice going back into your room instantly knowing that it hasn't just been tidied up but cleaned. A subtle but important distinction. The gym was great, there's two. A larger gym that has pretty much every single machine that's a 5 minute walk from the gym, and an internal gym which is smaller. The beach and sunbeds are adequate. The usual, I would say. Breakfast buffet is as you would expect from a 5* hotel and a premium chain.

Was too much lovely experience. Perfect Mosque view, Delicious Breakfast, Beautiful weather, Nice swimming pool and beach, Kind Staffs and everything. Especially Ms.Song is very kind and professional so i can stay with full of happiness. Thank you again.

It was a very wonderful experience in this hotel. My stay was awesome and the hotel services were also beautiful and all the staff were perfect, especially the person Michael at the reception. I will definitely repeat the experience. Thank you and appreciate it.

Such a lovely hotel with fantastic staff. It goes without saying that this is a 5 star hotel with 5 star service. All staff are professional and courteous. Our first point of contact was with Rafat when he picked us up from the airport. He was an excellent host and made us feel very welcome The main reason for giving 5 stars from us is not for the things they did well but how they reacted when things didn't go to plan There were a few instances during the holiday and the hotel staff really were on form and offered exceptional levels of service Would definitely stay again and recommend
