This review is for the spa only. What a lovely place! The spa facilities are so relaxing and beautiful. We loved the plunge and mineral pools! The inhalation room was also fantastic. And such gorgeous mountain views from the spa! We especially enjoyed the iced rosehip and mint tea Our service providers were lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed our massages. However, I did upgrade my massage to the Performance massage and realized after that she had given me the Relaxation massage. All in all, a beautiful spot and a very relaxing place!

The Fairmont Banff Springs is a place that you will never forget. The grand architecture of the hotel and the stunning surroundings will leave you in awe. The staff is friendly and helpful, making your stay even more enjoyable. The glass dome experience with the chef and sommelier is a must-try, where the chef cooks the duck to perfection. The spacious and comfortable rooms provide breathtaking views of the mountains. With top-notch amenities, including a luxurious spa and a variety of dining options, you can indulge in the ultimate luxury experience. The outdoor heated pool is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful scenery. The location is ideal, with easy access to hiking trails and other outdoor activities. A stay at the Fairmont Banff Springs is a luxurious and memorable experience that I highly recommend for anyone looking to be inspired in the heart of the Canadian Rockies.

This is one of the best Fairmont hotels that we’ve stayed at. We have stayed here many times over the years and really enjoy the gold floor and think it’s worth the extra cost. One of the best parts of the hotel is how dog friendly they are, we like to bring our dog and she’s always welcome. Of course, the best part is you cannot beat the location or the views here.

Rooms are so beautiful and staff are above and beyond for this 5 star property. Don was amazing !!!! He is so nice and ready to help. Not only him but Riley from room service deserves a promotion he is so so so amazing and so friendly honestly one of the friendliest person I ever met! Rooms have amazing views will be back To General Manager - these 2 people will be placed in our special memory forever as such a memorable vacation for us! I mean so amazing people at this property but these 2 people are just so amazing they deserve a bonus or a raise. I own hotels myself and as an owner having employees like this is something that is precious and should not ever be taken for granted! This entire property is like on big family keep it up!!! 20/10

It’s been 24 years since we stayed here on our honeymoon and I can say that it is still the same gorgeous castle in the Rockies. Don Mooney made our trip beyond perfect. He called to welcome us prior to our arrival and answered questions we had, he secured reservations for us at the best places, greeted us on arrival and followed up with us during our stay. Customer service far exceeded our expectations. Every staff member was so kind and helpful. The property is majestic, the food incredible and we can’t wait to return. Thank you Don and Fairmont for the trip of a lifetime for our family.
