The customer service was top-notch. My boyfriend and I enjoyed ourselves and all the ammonites. The swimming and sauna felt lovely. We especially enjoyed the Christmas decorations still being up. It was a beautiful winter wonderland experience for us.

We recently came back from a quick trip to the Rim Rock for our 20th wedding anniversary. From the front desk check-in to the cleanliness, staff, everyone we ran into, they were all very friendly and welcoming. I will stay here every time I visit Banff. Great value for the rooms and stunning views. Also the pool and hot tub area are were really nice. I highly recommend this place.

I've stayed at some of the finest hotels in the world but this hotel was truly different. The views from our hotel room were phenomenal and very clean. What sets this hotel apart from others is the concierge service that helped us arrange local transportation and ski resort bookings. They've went above and beyond to make sure our ski trip was phenomenal and without delay by staying on top at a moment's call. Would stay here in Banff again!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Rimrock Hotel, dining at Eden, and enjoying a spa day. It was truly a superb experience from start to finish. The Rimrock Hotel itself is a gem nestled in the heart of the Canadian Rockies, and the moment I entered, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The staff made me feel welcomed and pampered throughout my stay. Dinner at Eden was a culinary delight. The ambiance was elegant, with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The menu offered a diverse selection of dishes, and each course was a masterpiece in both taste and presentation. The service at Eden was impeccable, and I can confidently say it's one of the best dining experiences I've ever had. The spa day at the Rimrock was the perfect way to unwind and relax. The serene environment and professional therapists made me feel rejuvenated. The variety of treatments and amenities provided a well-rounded spa experience, leaving me feeling refreshed and renewed. Overall, my stay at the Rimrock Hotel, dinner at Eden, and day at the spa were nothing short of exceptional. It's a destination that combines luxury, natural beauty, and top-notch service to create a memorable experience. I can't wait to return and indulge in this oasis of hospitality and relaxation once again.

We had our wedding here in September 2023. The service, food, and views were all incredible. Our guests were extremely impressed with the overall experience. Service is clearly very important to the Rimrock staff, as every staff member went above and beyond to make sure us and our guests were well taken care of. The staff were always eager to assist (even when weren't expecting it), and always did so with a smile. Jocelyne and her team did an amazing job making sure everything was in place for the wedding, and made our planning process as easy and stress free as possible. We couldn't be happier and highly recommend the Rimrock for any event or stay.
