This hotel was a delight from start to finish. The service was outstanding, the rooms were so comfortable and thoughtful, breakfast was fresh and ample, and the casual restaurant food was delicious (I'll have to wait until next time to try their Michelin restaurant). It's also in a great location for walking in Hamburg. It can be slow to get there during rush hour, but the valet was very convenient. I highly recommend it and I will stay there whenever in Hamburg.

Amazing hotel in the very heart of Hamburg, totally and lovely renovated, stylish classic interiors and old school very warm ambiance. Top level service and staff, comfortable rooms, wonderful guests. Great food. Pleasure to stay, one of the best hotels in Germany and Europe. Reasonable prices for the quality

I was here from February till April in 2019 on business trip. I appreciate so much that I could book this hotel. It is so beautiful: the room with the chandelier, the bed so comfortable, the super soft down pillows, the super soft down blanket, i like also the cosmetics, the macarons, interesting globus, the super comfortable chair at the desk, the bathroom in white black marmor/granit with bathtub and shower, the view and the restaurant for the breakfast. In the hotel you feel like a Princess :) Thank you so much. The breakfast 5 stars too. The best breakfast I ever had. I love all pancakes, the waffles (I wanted the recipe but no cook doesnt want to share haha) fresh juices orange or apple with carrot ( the best apple carrot juice I ever had), fresh homemade jam and everything else :) Thanks for the great cooks and the nice service. My fav hotel :)
