⚠️ Nothing more than a scam. Really disappointed and disgusting. Just don't fall into their trap. Our stay was so terrible, and still they didn't give us our money back. Unfortunately, we got to know the real faces of the owners after we stayed there. (Owner's name is Ryen. Sometimes he uses Ajith as well.) In the discussion process, they said they would supply almost all the facilities, and they said they were very genuine. But trust me, you cannot see that genuineness after you go to stay there. 🤮 🔴Outdated photos:- photos on Google are so outdated. You cannot see or experience that kind of environment now. 🔴Disturbing environment:- Instead of calmness, you can hear the garage sounds, dog barking,and, screaming of children. This is the worst place I have ever been. But at the beginning, theysaid, and create a very calm and peaceful environment. But after you pay and stay, you can see the real situation. We were really shocked when we heard bicycle racing sounds and the smell of vehicle paint, grease, and oils. The next thing is that they borrowed money for renovation. But trust me, you can't find a renovated room. Instead of a renovated room, we got an unpainted room with a broken hot water shower. And it took them more than a week to repair the shower. 🔴Stay in the darkness.- As well as you may have to stay in the dark due to not paying bills on time. They collect money to pay the utility bills. But they don't pay them on time.  We had to stay two (2) nights without electricity. And sometimes the water is also not available. So, we had to purchase water from the shops. 🔴Money diggers:- Their only target is to collect rental fees and key money. But not giving the related service to the people who stay theree. .Actually, they are money diggers and fraudsters.  Though you give them many chances,s they won't pay money. Instead of paying them they make 1,000 of excuses and lies. 🔴No parking - of course, finding a parking spot is a dream. They will say that there is enough parking space, and they are going to increase the parking space. 🤣🤣But that is not going to happen. Anyhow, if you get a parking space, they will disturb you from early morning to midnight because of parking or taking out their vehicles. 😖 Conclusion: If we had known about these reviews earlier, we wouldn't have been there. We will even reject this property without looking at it. Just be careful of fraudulent properties like this. Respective bodies should regulate these types of trash places. Just don't fall into their trap.
