This nice little hotel is located near the golf club and lake Gregory in the city of Nuwara Eliya. We just booked this hotel for one night during our transit from Kandy to Yalla. The staff is very nice and friendly. Front office manager Mr. Madan is very helpful and helped with all our queries and coordination with our local driver. The food is great and they also have a good little pub in the hotel with an excellent view. The room allocated to us was called Seventh Heaven and it's the only room with any room number with the outstanding 180° view of the city and the valley.

They treated us really bad, when we did the check in, they told us the breakfast was included because we asked 4 times, just to clarify everything. In the morning we had breakfast and did the check out directly. We asked if everything was okay and waited 10 minutes in the reception. When we were in the car leaving, they approached us saying we had to pay for the breakfast. We said that we were going to pay but just mentioned what the staff told us the night before. The one in charge came and started calling us liars in bad manners and requesting payment (we were already going to the reception to pay). Overall, really rude way to treat clients.

I stayed here for one night with my family. The room and hotel were very clean having great view of mountains from balcony. After sunset, outside environment is very calm and quiet.

Nuwara Eliya is one of the most beautiful tourist destination in Srilanka. I stayed in Heaven Seven and I am quite satisfied with the services I have received. The location is good, the rooms are specious & as well as clean and the food tastes good. The only issue for me is, food options. Options were very much limited for me (don't know why). They have WiFi connectivity, but in some places the signal is quite low. Recommended.

We had a great experience at Heaven Seven with our two families visiting from Canada as well as our parents local to Sri Lanka. Total guest count of 12 (3 rooms ) Right from the beginning we were made to feel at home from the team at Heaven Seven and you get the Sri Lankan hospitality shining through. One example - The team noticed we had an elderly guest in our party (my wife’s mom) who has trouble with stairs - and they automatically tried to make her feel at home by preparing a new room for her on ground level so she didn’t need to climb. This was extremely thoughtful and we were grateful for this. Special thanks to Ranjin on the team who truly made us feel welcome. Other than the fantastic people who work there - The rooms are clean and large , nice washrooms and beds, the the location is central and the view is great. Would definitely recommend.
