This was the worst hotel ever. Their entire resort was closed for construction and no one told us. The entire point of staying here was so my kids could use the pool and slide and they weren’t able to. The room it self was the most disgusting hotel we have ever stayed at. The carpet was extremely dirty and wet, the room smelled, the grout was black, the shower was clogged with hair, the list goes on. There was no warning whatsoever on tickets at work that this place was under construction and when I checked in the hotel staff could have said something and they didn’t, when we checked out they just blamed everything on tickets at work. Will never book hotel through tickets at work and I recommend everyone stay away from this hotel.

This was our second stay here. The location was great. The pools and the lazy river was loved by my children. The spa tubs were loved by me lol. The full kitchen was great and used many times during our stay. I loved the updates that were done. The only complaint that I have is that the mattresses on the beds are very hard and were not helpful for my back at all.

Great resort and water park. Excellent location in an otherwise very busy area of Kissimmee. The pool heater was down in the main pool the entire time, but the lazy river was cozy. The resort needs some updates, but overall, I give full credit to the front desk staff and housekeeping. Very prompt and reliable.

The location is pretty good. Not much within walking distance as far as food or shopping, but that's normal in this area. The extra space and full kitchen is wonderful. The rooms were a bit dirty, sheets worn, pillows flat, and beds ridiculously hard. I don't know if all the suites are the same, but in it's, it felt like sleeping directly on the floor. Also, we paid in full a month and a half in advance, and they surprised us with a $68 resort fee upon check in. I went back and reread the listing, the terms and conditions, the confirmation email, everything I could find and no where was this fee disclosed other than a boiler plate "credit card is required for any additional hotel specific fees or incidental charges or fees that may be required at checkout.". Other than one standard hot tub, all of the "resort amenities" were unavailable for the duration of our stay. I would be annoyed but not too upset if they had anything resort like to offer at the time, but they didn't and still surprised us with a substantial extra fee.

We received 2 nights from our three sons for our birthdays. We did not use the kitchen other than for coffee. They only had one coffee pod. Our only problem are the stairs. We both have leg problems. Yes, it may be a little outdated, but your in a tourist area. We spent enough time in the villa to change and sleep. Our villa was very clean. We bring our own toiletries. If we happen to forget something, what most facilities offer is enough. We loved the lazy river and hot tubs. What people should know is if you have someone that needs assistance getting into pool or one of the two hot tubs, they have automatic chairs that will let your person in and out. Also, the pool has a beach style entry. Very family friendly.
