We stayed for one night for a cheer comp and what we got for the price was a great deal. We had a one bedroom villa with a pull out sofa in the living room. There was a full kitchen with a stove. The master suite had a whirlpool tub a walk in shower. The girls enjoyed the amenities. We were close to everything. Will definitely stay here again! The only issue was the website said they hold $100 for incidentals but it was $200. Other than that the staff was very professional everyone looked very professional and clean.

I've been here for 30 minutes and I've seen all that I need to see. This place is a dump. The prisons in Sweden have nicer bathrooms. I feel cleaner OUTSIDE. I might as well sleep in my car. My kids have black feet already because the floor is filthy. I can see the outside through a gap in the front door. The pull out matters is stained. EVERYTHING is stained. The floor is like a roll out linoleum? That's insanely wrinkled and lumpy. They didn't even give us the right sheets for the extra bed and the ones that were in the room are stained and tattered. They haven't put money into this place in DECADES. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. The gate guy was nice. Literally the only positive.

We just got back home from staying here for 7 nights. We stayed in building 19 in a lockout unit and we have a great time. I want to list some pros and cons for the place because I want to lay it all out there so everyone understands what they are getting. Cons: The appliances and furnishings are a bit outdated. The sinks and tubs are the old beige look and just looked 90's or something. Not a big deal though. When we walked in, it did have the old house type smell to it. Again not a big big deal. The shower head in the big unit does not spray water out very good which bothered me. Pros: There was a ton of room in the lockout. My family of 5 had tons of room. In one room it was a king suite with a full kitchen, living room with pull out sofa bed, and bedroom with a king bed, giant Jacuzzi tub and huge walk in shower. The smaller connected unit has 2 full size beds and a pull out sofa bed. Resort had tons of activities. Putt putt, arcade, heated pool, tennis courts, and more . The resort is about 3 miles to Disney or so. Very close to everything including restaurants galore. NO BUGS!!!! I saw some reviews about bugs after I booked. I checked everywhere and I never saw the slightest sign of bugs. The rooms were very clean with plenty of towels and toiletries. The beds were very comfortable and there plenty of pillows! To conclude, for the price you pay to stay here, you have to overlook the minor cons that you may run into. I highly recommend this place especially for the price

Just came back from this resort! Stayed there for two weeks with my family and we had a great time! The pool is really nice but the water was very cold for a few days which kinda sucked. The snack bar is super nice and has good options. Felt very safe as I was there with my young daughter. Nice vibe. Close to all stores and restaurants! Also, huge thank you to Steve (head of security) he helped us with an issue we were dealing with and he couldn’t of been nicer and more helpful!

We got there during the night we were tired and couldn’t wait to get to our room. We opened the door and we were greeted by a man who was staying in that room. We went back to the lobby and got our correct room. My kids couldn’t wait to get into the jacuzzi which still had water in it which my husband incorrectly assumed meant it was cleaned. We drained the water filled the jacuzzi but when we turned on the jets it spit out black things all over them. I panicked and got them out and gave them a regular shower. The toilet wasn’t flushing properly. The first night the room was very warm and couldn’t put the air lower than 70. Thank goodness we went during the winter and the following nights the temperature outside was cold and we were fine but we woke up to major condensation on the inside of the windows and doors. The tv in the bedroom was small and didn’t work. Not the worst place we’ve stayed in but not very good either.
