I'm sooo disappointed with the hotel service. The 1st room I got was smell like cockroach, so I request to upgrade my room to deluxe room. Then, we move to another room. No water. Then, the very night, they moved us to another room. Initially, have water. But a few moments later, no more. In the morning, we complained again, and again they moved us to another room. Luckily the water is there. But the floor was a bit sticky. But I just don't care anymore as long as I can take a bath. Then, sharp at 12 the knock the door already to ask us to check out, but the staff on the night shift told us we can checkout at 1pm. They said they have to ask us to check out earlier as not enough room for the next customer. So what? No apologies at all from the management regarding the water issue. Bad service. Really not recommended.

The room was never the same like the picture. It was far worst. The room smell like cockroach, the floor was soaking wet and so dangerous for kids to even walk. No towel was provided and no lift so you have to literally walk 3 flight of stairs with luggage just to get to the room. Worst worst the worst hotel ever!

bad service. The receptionist was not friendly. Really regret staying here. Water in the bathroom is so slow 😭 cant sleep at night bcause loud people chatting and laughing outside the room. bedsheet is dirty. No hairdryer, shampoo.

The narrow staircase is hard to get the luggage up to the fisrt floor where the reception and rooms are and there is no lift. Rooms and washrooms are clean and tidy but the bed cover and especially pillow covers in my room had stains and I couldn't use them. If this issue is resolved they would deserve 4 stars then. Overall the staff at reception is friendly and for a budget stay of 1-2 days, it is quite a decent option.
