Worldview Grand Hotel was bad. Although it says it's only been in business since 2016, the facilities are not well-maintained. Front lobby chairs are all stained and felt dirty. The room was dusty especially the beds' headboards and also the light-strip along the top of the beds were obviously never cleaned. Our room had a connecting door which we didn't touch, but on one night, the next door guests opened up and entered our room at night when we were already in bed, and caused me to scream in fear. I definitely did not feel safe and after that and the interjoining rooms were not mentioned in the listing at all. The TINY table was stained and so was the only chair in the room. The beds themselves were ok and the sheets were mostly clean (some small stains) although they were put on inside out which made me wonder if staff just flipped the sheets over. Bathroom had grouts with black mold, water heater was dusty, and toilet seat dirty. We lost water for 4+ hours and had to move rooms. The staff were polite, but they couldn't really help with how badly the rooms were cleanly and how poorly the whole hotel is maintained. The location was quite convenient, although surrounded by auto repairs shops so obviously, the streets and sidewalks were very dirty w/auto parts, and trash, etc. from those shops.

What I liked abou it : The staff were helpful. They accept deliveries on your behalf. : Price is okay. We booked online, it is cheaper instead of walking in. What can be improved : Extra access cars requires additional RM 50 deposit. : Parking is hard, you need to park outside the hotel. : The sink faucet and shower were leaking.

Stayed only for few hours. unlike the nicely looking lobby, the hallway looks a bit empty and shabby, few place lamp flickering. Entering the room using key and a card. The card reader was broken/or just there for appearance without function,? idk. On top of using the key to enter, unlocking the door was a hassle since the key was stuck in the key hole from when i entered and i left the room. Later I mentioned about it to the lobby though. there were 3 mosquitoes flying in the room and start aiming to my body for blood. It was a annoying encounter ever. For a second the room might look clean and decent but the floor was filled with dust and some part sticky, the pillow case looks like it has been used. On top of bed sheets there were particles of dust and plasticky material came from nowhere. I start sneezing and coughing, and the end of my stay there my nose was filled with mucus. The toilet seems decent though but there's hair on the sink and it seems uncleaned. I read other reviews about the no noise proofing and yes I agree about it so much. I wouldn't recommend to stay here and wouldn't repeat to be here ever again. There are many other budget hotels that we can enjoy the stay and sleep feeling secure.

Really bad experience..will never come back again..First im booking Deluxe double room with view but they give me standard family room without windows. Really disappointed..i told reception, staff told me that the room that i book not available n offer me to stay at single room with view (small room n view behind shop). In the end i choose family room at least more bigger room. kunci bilik pulak bkn jenis kad access, mcm kunci rumah..kad access hnya untuk access lif je... seriously dh bertahun2 dh sy stay kt hotel dh tak guna kunci cmtu.. semua hotel pakai kad..then im accidentally left key room, yes my mistake i admit it .i told reception, he said that room dont have duplicate key.. Seriously hotel ape ni, kunci spare pn tak ada.Every hotel i stay they got kunci spare..he face like blame on me coz left the key n buat muka bengang..he said if technician coming, then can open if not need to wait next morning..Wow, this how you answer to your guest? If i pay only for 1 night, i will blah je but i pay for 4night. no matter what i need to stay..Luckyly technician coming after around 20mnt..After technician done open the room, he ask me to pay.. At first staff didn't told me anything about i need to pay for calling technician..Im also in customer service line, that not how u handle your guest. At least say something not leave to technician to ask the payment for his service..klau betul your hotel not standby any duplicate key. why your staff shouting to his friend, "kenapa tak duplicate kunci?dalam group dah bagitahu banyak kali." at first he call his in charge (maybe) he also said "dah bagitahu suruh duplicate tp tak duplicate". I okay je klau suruh byr, coz its part of my mistake also. Since both has mistake, at least your staff talk to me.. We can find the solution.
