good experience in this hotel. staff are friendly, and when i requested for a room on the highest floor, i got it. they even prepared a birthday themed surprise for us! breakfast spread is reasonable, but take note that the venue is opp the hotel lobby. surrounding the hotel are SO MANY good places. location is also near nagoya hill mall (5min grab or 12min walk). the in house massage room service was my best massage experience in the comfort of the room. they have no phone in the room, but use google nest. high tech 💯

This is my first experience of staying at this hotel, but I like it because the rooms are spacious and there is a balcony where you can see the outside view, very interesting! I stayed 5 days at this hotel and was really satisfied, in the future I will definitely come back here. Thank you fave hotel for the excellent service.

Great value for $. It's new with nice comfortable bed. However the amenities provided are very basic. Need to request for hairdryer from reception as it is not provided in there room. There are constructions around three areas making the walk to the Nagoya Hill mall less pleasant.

Facilities is okay. Room is comfortable and quite spacious even though we were given a room at Level 1. The rooms are not soundproofed as there is a balcony. So if your neighbour is talking on the phone at the balcony next door, you can hear them. There are a lot of food choices around the area. If you book a package with breakfast, note that you have to cross over to the opposite side for your breakfast. Breakfast is okay for not fussy-eaters. Otherwise, best to head out for one or sleep in until the malls are open. There are no telephones in the hotel room for you to call front desk for room service. They use Google Nest instead. You can use it to set your alarm as well. Wifi connection is great. For Smokers: Outside Hotel (Pickup/Dropoff Point Area) Room, Balcony Area with the door to the room closed (Smoking inside the room is not allowed)

Lack of information on Car Parking matters. Don’t park your car on the street if you intend overnight, you need to park at level 1 or 2 at opposite of hotel multiple story car park. Prefer you check the room facilities, and necessarily items and request for those items. Hotel staff are friendly but their English level may not meet your level’s. Breakfast is reasonable. I do love their Indonesia chicken porridge. Overall is reasonable good and reasonable price.
