We had a really nice stay. The location is truly great, just next to a metro station. The host is incredibly friendly, welcoming and open. Even helped us with building a day trip in Rome. As first-timers in Rome, he recommended us great local places to eat. He has fluent English, quick responses, good instructions, late check-in available (key box) and we booked by phone. Rooms are clean (cleaned every day). Coffee (self-made espresso, tea) and snack (complimentary muffins) available in the full-equipped kitchen. The Building does have a small elevator, though we did not use it.

Fantastic little B&B located very close to Vatican City and other amenities. Fabio is a wonderful host and a very accommodating and helpful man. If you are ever looking for somewhere to stay in Rome definitely consider this guest house.

Fabio is a great host. Very helpful in all aspects and friendly and accessible for each and everyone. The B&B has a perfect location, rooms were clean and comfortable. Air-condition in rooms not only functioned perfect but is was very silent as well.

Very good place and friendly staff. The owner of the hotel was very helpful giving me all the information I needed during my stay in Rome. The breakfast was also good and the bedroom spacious and clean. But for me, the best part of this hotel is its strategic location. It is right in front of the metro station and in the same street as the Vatican (a central area in Rome).
